5 Easy Steps to Build on Your Lot
Build the home of your dreams - on the land you love - while enjoying all the benefits of the GW Robinson experience - superior quality, industry-leading service and unparalleled value!

Step 1: Select Your Plan
Consider home size, placement of home on your property, and foundation. Your New Home Specialist will help you choose the right plan from our extensive library.

Step 2: On Your Site Pricing Agreement
You'll need: $500 deposit, completed home site assessment, contract or deed to property, physical address, copy of deed restrictions/covenants & property survey.

Step 3: Arrange for Financing
Contact one of our Preferred Lenders to arrange for financing for your new home. Visit our Financing Process page for more information.

Step 4: Make Structural Selections
Here’s where the fun begins -- make your structural selections with structural option advice from our experienced New Home Specialists. Browse through hundreds of pre-priced options; custom-tailor one of our plans to fit your family’s lifestyle; see our Design Center and set aside comfortable allowances; and move to contract within 30 days of your On Your Site pricing agreement.

Step 5: Finalize, Close & Begin Construction
Once financing is arranged (final loan approval received), then we will work together to: approve and sign contract, approve and sign final plans, complete payment of all deposits, get ready for Design Center meetings while we prepare permits, and get ready to start prepping your lot.
