Before you purchase or build a new home, be
sure you make a list of your needs.
Consider:
- Your lifestyle. Are you casual
or formal?
- Entertaining. Do you need space
to host large groups? Do you need a large kitchen to accommodate
large parties or gourmet cooking?
- Size. How many bedrooms and
bathrooms do you need? How large should rooms be? Will the rooms
accommodate seating areas and furniture placement? Do the rooms
flow from one to another? Will high ceilings help create a sense
of more space?
- Openness. Will natural light
be shared with an open floor plan? How will traffic flow? Is
noise easily channeled from room to room? Do you need a few
private spaces for quiet.
- Views. What is the view from
room to room? How does sunlight affect the view? What is the
view of nearby homes?
If you don’t find your perfect home in the available
homes section, be sure to contact
your G.W. Robinson sales consultant. We have a large selection
of floor plans available for your review.
